How to use Revibe frequency cream

There are many ways to apply this frequency cream. You can simply apply to face and neck as you would a moisturiser keeping it away from eyes, and/or you can apply it to specific places on the body where you feel either a physical or emotional blockage of energy. You can also rub it onto your hands, cup your hands over your nose and breathe in the good feeling. Many people also find it powerful to combine Revibe with a self care ritual, meditation, visualising or breathing practise to enhance the effects of whatever you are doing. 
 
The most important thing is to use your own intuition and find a routine that works for you, or ask each time you use it to be shown where on the body to put the cream.
 
Below are some example protocols:
 
Wellbeing Protocol: 
 
Use half to a whole teaspoon of Revibe cream for the whole routine. 
 
Gently massage Rebive on your face (keep away from eyes) and neck.  Use a small circular motion over the temples 
Gently massage Revive over your kidneys 
Gently massage Revibe over your solar plexus and/or heart chakra 
Cup your hands over your nose and breathe in for 30 seconds to 1 minute 
Sit or lie down for a few minutes and let the vibrations wash over you 
Repeat process once or twice a day or whenever you feel like it.
 
Overwhelm Protocol:
 
Use half to a whole teaspoon of Revibe cream for the whole routine. 
 
Massage Revibe on the soles of your feet 
Massage Revibe on your big toes (reflexology point) 
Massage Revibe over your kidneys

Sit quietly with paper and pen nearby and ask yourself the questions “what energy would I like to be the embodiment of today?” Let the answer drop in (eg joy, success, flow, ease)
Now with your paper and pen write down what inspired action step you are going to take today that aligns with this desire
